Young people with our Ballynanty hub took part in a Decider Skills Mental Health Programme with Be Well Limerick at the Northside Youth Space.

The Decider Skills Prog equips young people with the skills to recognise their own thoughts, feelings and behaviours, enabling them to monitor and manage their own emotions and mental health.

Many thanks to the boys for taking part in the programme and to Limerick Youth Service's Eamon & John for delivering it.

The Youth Diversion Project is co-funded by the Government of Ireland and the European Union. For more: eufunds.ie
