THE HEALING ROOMS: A 75-Minute Sanctuary

This January, I am inviting you into The Healing Rooms. This is a specialised 75-minute experience that bridges the gap between traditional Yoga and modern nervous system science. We move beyond “exercise” to focus on Biological Restoration—helping your body shed the weight of stress and return to a state of calm, centered balance.

Inside the “Sanctuary”, we follow a specific sequence to facilitate deep healing:

THE BREATH: We will target Vagal-tone breathing to physically signal “Safety” to your brain and lower cortisol.

THE WORDS: We will use Neural Affirmations to settle “busy-brain” chatter and rewire your mindset for the week ahead.

THE MOVEMENT: Yoga stretches to release the “tension traps” held in your muscles and fascia.

THE STILLNESS: Guided Meditations at the begining and end of sessions to allow the brain to enter deep restorative wave-states.

THE TOUCH: Individual hands-on healing and a supported final rest to trigger your body’s natural oxytocin.

Sessions run weekly from the week of January 19th in Araglen, Kilbehenny and Ballylanders. (Morning, Evening and Chair Yoga available).
