Most people who know me know being caught for words is a very rare thing ..

Well this is one of those moments. Back in may I was introduced to this young man . I had been told Josh had been involved in a serious road accident which left him clinging to life with an outlook that didn’t look good . The accident was 16th Dec 2024 .

This post isn’t about likes . This post is simply to highlight one young mans absolute lust for life . Despite the obstacles that this lad has faced he’s attitude and work rate was absolutely off the charts . My favourite part of the week was seeing this lad come in and go through whatever I put in his way . Sometimes it was a chat during exercise or pool work , More so the absolute grit on his face to show he couldn’t be beaten . I also got to meet Josh’s family , a super structure so tight and strong regardless of the challenge they faced they were right there with him through thick and thin . Today we captured his session 366 days after his accident and 7
Months since the first day we met . Josh you are an incredible human being , so kind and thoughtful in everything you do . Everyone needs a .quinlivan in their lives I so glad I got to chance to meet him .
