From Clare, Cork, Kerry, Limerick Tipperary and Waterford, this squad combines experience, pride, and an unyielding love for Gaelic football.

Names like Juliet Murphy and Valerie Mulcahy carry Munster’s legacy on their shoulders — multiple All-Ireland titles, countless hours of training, and a reputation for performing when it matters most.

Coached and led by Ed Burke, Samantha Lambert, Charlie McCarthy & Maria O'Loughlin, this is more than a team.

Big Thank You to Colm Strive Fitness Company for the fantastic HYROX session this am! Colms energy, motivation, and coaching made it both challenging and really enjoyable for the ladies!

For some, it was their first time trying HYROX, and you made it so approachable while still pushing them to give it their all. The atmosphere at Strive Fitness was 👌🏻—welcoming, supportive, and fun.🧡🖤

They are already talking about going back for another round. Thanks again Colm for such a great experience!

Super display this evening by our u16s who made the long trip to Caherelly to take on the home side in the semi final. Each girl gave 100% however it wasnt to be our night & with that our U16 season has come to an end. Thanks to all the parents for their continued support through out the year & a special mention to Val who came on board & gave his time to this group of girls.
