We were thrilled to host our Graduate Programme Celebration at the Castletroy Park Hotel recently, bringing together graduates, leaders, and trainers for two days of learning, networking, and celebration.
The first day kicked off with an Ibec Team Working Training session led by Tony Devitt, focusing on collaboration and communication skills. Graduates also completed their Thomas PPA assessments ahead of the training.
The evening wrapped up with a team dinner at Aces Restaurant, where everyone enjoyed great food and conversation in a relaxed setting.
Day two featured inspiring talks from the Alliance Medical leadership team and a deep dive into customer focus and patient experience:
Eimear Oโ Donnell, HR Director, gave updates on company initiatives, patient care, and shared a personal story about her daughter that truly resonated with the group.
Larry Brennan, newly appointed Southern Regional Manager, shared his journey from Unit Manager to the Senior Management Team; an inspiring example of career progression and the support available within Alliance Medical.
Ellen Leacy, Project Manager, spoke passionately about her dynamic role and her commitment to charity work with Down Syndrome Limerick, highlighting the importance of patient experience and supporting those with disabilities.
We were also joined by Eamonn Doyle from DCM Learning, who delivered an engaging session on customer care and enhancing the patient experience.

Danielle Costelloe, currently completing her Radiography Degree under AMDI sponsorship, was presented with flowers ๐ธ
