Weโ€™re proud to support newly qualified radiographers as they transition from student to confident professional with the Alliance Medical Graduate Programme.

Michelle Ndebele, who joined our Cherrywood team straight out of college, shares her experience:

โ€œI joined Alliance Medical Cherrywood in November 2024 and the experience so far has genuinely exceeded my expectations. From day one, I have felt supported and encouraged to step outside my comfort zone, whether thatโ€™s training in CT and DEXA or gaining hands-on experience in cannulating patients. These were areas I once found daunting, but with the guidance and encouragement from the team, I have grown so much in confidence and skill in a short space of time.

What I really appreciate is that there is genuine room for growth here. Iโ€™m not just allowed but actively encouraged to take on new challenges and expand my clinical abilities. The team fosters an environment where learning is constant and development is a priority, and thatโ€™s made all the difference in my transition from student to professional. Iโ€™m incredibly grateful to be part of a workplace that truly invests in its graduates and pushes you to become the best version of yourself.โ€
