Behind every great service is the infrastructure that makes it possible.

This week we were delighted to welcome a visiting team from the Mater Hospital Group to see our Radiopharmaceutical Production Unit up close. It’s still under construction, but already generating real excitement in the field.

Hard hats on. Eyes wide open.

For those working in molecular imaging, nuclear medicine and PET-CT, an under construction dedicated radiopharmaceutical production facility is genuinely rare to see.

The interest and expertise our visitors brought to this conversation reminded us why getting this right matters so much.

This unit will be a critical piece of national infrastructure ensuring resilience in the supply of molecular imaging agents to support PET-CT and theranostics across Ireland for years to come.

A special word of recognition to Denise Conroy and our internal project management team who are driving this build with exceptional dedication and expertise.
