The Chakra Healing Journey with Trí Chroí ✨

This is a 7-part journey, where each workshop is devoted to one of the seven chakras, gently guiding you through your energy system from root to crown. Each month, we’ll focus on a different chakra, working to open, clear, and support your energy in a way that feels safe, held, and deeply nourishing.

Through a blend of sound healing, chakra meditation, and spiritual and angelic guidance, this journey invites you to slow down, reconnect, and come back into alignment with yourself. It’s not about rushing or fixing, but about creating space… to release what’s been held, to reconnect with your intuition, and to feel more balanced and supported in your everyday life.

We begin with the root chakra, the foundation of your energy, supporting your sense of safety, stability, and connection to the body. This first workshop sets the tone for the journey ahead, helping you ground, regulate your nervous system, and feel more anchored within yourself.

March brings the Full Worm Moon in Virgo, a gentle yet transformative moon as the earth begins to stir. This year, it aligns with a lunar eclipse, amplifying release, reflection, and personal clarity.
