Working on my yoga teacher training research project and reflecting on the journey over the last nine months… it’s certainly been a journey. The journey to becoming a yoga teacher started 11 years ago on a yoga retreat with a thought… but it took until last summer for me to take the actual step. I didn’t know the how, the when or the why, I just knew somewhere deep inside that it would. I currently teach a gentle beginners class on Tuesday mornings in Ennistymon Community Centre. We have just finished one block of classes and will start again on June 2nd at 9.30 am. There are some places available if you feel called to join. DM me to book your space.

🌿 Simple Tip to Help Reduce Bloating 🌿
One of the easiest ways to support digestion is to prepare your body before you even start eating.

✨ Try this before your next meal:
Take a few slow, deep breaths.
Relax your shoulders and unclench your jaw.
This helps shift your nervous system out of “stress mode” and into “rest and digest” mode—where your body is naturally better able to break down and absorb food.
Even just 1–2 minutes can make a noticeable difference in how your body responds to meals, and over time may help reduce post-meal bloating.
