The expansion doesn't stop here at our new premises: Introducing the newest member to the team Jade.
A recent graduate in Athletic and Rehabilitation Therapy from TUS Midlands. Jade spent four years developing a strong foundation in injury prevention, assessment and rehabilitation techniques. Throughout her studies she has gained invaluable experience working in both clinic and pitch side settings, helping athletes to recover and perform at their best.

What is muscle testing useful for?

Post surgery insights - monitor your strength and range of motion gains to make sure you're on track after surgery. Especially useful for ACL rehabbers.

Pre season baseline testing - gives strength and range of motion scores so if you pick up an injury in-season you have data to help guide you back to pre injury levels

Keep your rehabilitation on track - Track your injury recovery by testing throughout different stages of your rehab journey.

Find your level - Compare yourself against athletes around the world using the same system who are of similar age & in the same sport

Data driven training - Get real time strength data during training blocks to ensure you are making progress - Baseline (before)- during - after

Delighted to have World No.5 ranked Irish dancer visit me before I head off for a few months - 2 consecutive years bringing a world globe back to Limerick. I worked closely with Rachel this year and her hard work and dedication is admirable. I'm lucky to be able to work with world class athletes, but all the dancers I work with are in a league of their own when it comes to work ethic. Thanks for the chocolates they didn't last long 😅
