Her dedication, consistency, and determination have been inspiring every step of the way. This achievement didn’t happen overnight — it’s the result of hard work, commitment, and believing in herself even on difficult days. Regardless of how the week went, she always showed up for accountability.

Burger Bowl- Free on plan

Lettuce and I popped all of the following into my trusty chopper. Pickled beetroot, gherkins, cherry tomatoes, ½ a sweet red pepper, cucumber, ½ an avocado, and a burger 95% fat free.

Made a bite free burger sauce using 4 heaped tbs of lighter than light mayo, 2 heaped tbs of reduced ketchup, 1 tsp of French's yellow mustard, and a tbp of gherkin pickle juice.. This makes a large portion with plenty left over for future use

Started my week with an extended Flexifast. Was so looking forward to this. Yoplait Skyr natural yoghurt, 15g Chia seeds, and 15ml of slimline milk refrigerated overnight. This morning, I added a tsp of Follains spoonful and mix through. Topped with 30g Flahavan's no added sugar granola (smart carb), fresh blueberries, and a small sliced banana. All for 1 Bite. Washed down with my first pint of water 💪🏻💧
