What a fantastic day we had at our Family Fun Dog Show in the Milk Market! 🐾🎉 A huge thank you to everyone who came along, your support made the day so special.

Special thanks to Mike Prior from Munster Dog Training and Behavior Center for being our brilliant MC, to the Milk Market for generously hosting us, and to Treaty Vets for sponsoring the event.

We're also incredibly grateful to Sound of a Hound Dog Training, All Paws, Maxi Zoo, The Woofdrobe, and Klaud 9 for their wonderful prize donations for our raffle.

It was a day full of fun, wagging tails, and plenty of rosettes won! 🏅🐶

Last Week, Limerick Mental Health Association proudly launched the very first Buddy Bench at Robert O'Byrne Park. A small bench with a big purpose: to encourage connection, conversation and support in our community 💛💬

Last Thursday, we were delighted to welcome so many of you to our 3rd Annual Business Breakfast Fundraiser at the Castletroy Park Hotel. Centered on the theme “Employee Well-being as a Strategy,”

We are grateful to our MC, Rory O’Connor of Rory's Stories, and to our inspiring panel of speakers: Michael John Norton, Julie Palcic, Charlie Fitzgerald and Patricia Insley, for their thoughtful contributions throughout the morning. Their perspectives and experiences helped open meaningful discussions around leadership and mental health in the workplace.

To everyone who attended, supported and helped bring this event together, thank you. Your presence and engagement help drive our mission forward; promoting mental health awareness and support throughout Limerick City and County.
