Children overheat faster than adults. In extreme summer:
☀️ Keep them well hydrated — offer water frequently, not just when they ask.
🧢 Avoid outdoor play between 11 AM to 4 PM.
👕 Use light cotton clothes, caps, and shade.
🍉 Give water-rich foods like Watermelon, Cucumber, and curd.
🚫 Never leave a child in a parked car — even for a minute.
🌡️ Watch for warning signs: lethargy, dizziness, vomiting, dry lips, reduced urination.
Heat exhaustion in children can escalate quickly. Prevention is the best protection.”
