How to improve your sleep? Here are a few tricks that I use pretty much every evening unless I’m out having a dinner.
- Have an early dinner a few hours before going to bed
- Block blue light from your devices
- Switch off wifi and all other electronic devices from your bedroom
- Block any light from your bedroom
- Air out your bedroom before going to bed
- Sleep in a cool temperature
- Don’t charge your phone or any electronic devices in your bedroom
- Take magnesium glycinate before bed
- Wind down before bed, read a book or something else that makes you feel relaxed.
