📌 Carrot juice and mint help relieve stomach pain 👇
1. Carrot juice contains natural ingredients that are alkaline, so it helps to neutralize excess stomach acid that cause heartburn symptoms. Carrot juice is a safe, nutritious drink for long-term acid reflux relief.
2. Method: Wash carrots with skin on, cut into slices, then boil with 4 cups of water and a small tablespoon of dried mint leaves (or a pinch of fresh mint leaves). Grate the carrots through a sieve and drink while still hot. You can add a slice of fresh ginger to increase the soothing effect or a little lemon juice for ease of drinking.
