【Smile Lift Training ✚】

it’s essential to activate the muscles around the mouth and cheeks correctly.

In this exercise, we alternate between:
✔ Activating the orbicularis oris (muscles around the mouth)
✔ Lifting the cheek muscles from the mouth corners up toward the temples

Before you start, release all tension from your jaw and nose.
This allows the lifting muscles to do their job 👇

✔ Show your upper teeth and smile evenly on both sides

If You Can’t Do This, Your Under-Eye Area Will Sag

If this movement feels difficult,
that’s a sign your under-eye area is starting to sag.

The key is to:
✔ Train the orbicularis oculi muscle
✔ Focus only on the under-eye area

Do not move your forehead or cheeks.
No squinting. No tension.
All the work should stay right under the eyes.

Practice this for 1 minute a day, consistently.
