Chamber of pain will be off tonight! Expecting some light rain this evening starting from our run period tapering off during HIIT. Flu season is also upon us and many of us will be starting holidays soon. To keep us all in good health for the break, we’ll cancel the workout for today and see you all on the 8th of Jan!
