10:00 - Meet at the beach
10:00-10:30 - Fill out forms and get permits /
Change clothes
10:30-11:00 - SUP lesson and safety talk / Warm Up
11:00-12:00 - SUP time!
12:00-12:30 - Shower and change
12:30 - Finish
🏄‍♀️Capacity: 18 people (first come first served!)
✨Level: beginner friendly!
💴Fee: 3000yen (including board rental)
✔️Register: DM to .fitness then we will send you PayPay link. Your spot will be secured once you make payment.
*We can’t refund if you cancel within 24 hours of the event day. Please let us know by 6/5 10:00AM if you need to cancel.

10:00〜10:30 - 受付・書類記入／着替え
10:30〜11:00 - SUPレッスン＆安全説明／ウォームアップ
11:00〜12:00 - SUPタイム！
12:00〜12:30 - シャワー＆着替え
12:30 - 終了

💴参加費：3000円（ボードレンタル込み）

Looks like rain strikes again. Light rain from about 5 pm and working up to heavier rains from 8 pm. Expecting the ground to be wet and will be rough for a workout tonight. next scheduled event is May 7th!

Join us for the 1st ice skating of the year! All levels are welcome. There won't be any formal instructors, but the more advanced people will help the newer people.

Cost: Drop in fee ¥1600 + skate rental ¥600 = ¥2,200 (Regular rate: ¥2,400).
Meeting location: In front of the Meiji Jingu-mae Skating Rink, please be there by 1:50pm.

1. You must wear gloves on the rink. If you do not bring your own, you will have to buy a pair inside.
2. DOUBLE SOCKS. Rental skates can be uncomfortable without double socks.
