Tuesday and Thursday 5.30pm-6.30pm, both classes are Vinyasa style
$13 per class

Cory Glover is with us for 6 weeks as he’s finished up as the Phoenix football teams physio

Kyla Potaka has previously been with us as a massaged therapist but has recently graduated and is now a registered Physio! She will be with us forever

Just a reminder we are shut on Waitangi Day so there will be no yoga Thursday evening. Yoga however on tonight at 5.30. Come and join us as we stretch and strengthen with slow flow vinyasa yoga.

Yay Yoga is back after the Christmas break. Hugh is running his usual classes on Wednesday at 5.30 and Thursday at 6. 6 on a Thursday is restoration yoga. Breath work based and deep relaxation. Starts Wednesday the 22nd January

Hugh our yoga teacher sends his apologies for this week. His yoga classes for Wednesday the 20th and Thursday the 21st of November are cancelled. He’ll be back on the 27th and 28th for his weekly classes. Thanks everyone.
