: What does crossing your arms say about you?

1 ) Arms Crossing Personality:

If someone crosses one arm in front, their personality traits reveal that they are being defensive, sad, or tense. One is trying to comfort themselves, especially in a room full of a crowd. They are trying to establish a barrier as they may be feeling inadequate or insecure. They may be feeling self-conscious due to too many people looking at them which is making them feel like hiding. Especially, during a conversation, if someone crosses their one arm in the front, it is a cue that something that was said has made them feel uneasy and defensive. This gesture is a giveaway of insecurity, doubt, anxiety, stress, and shyness. People who are socially awkward or introverted make this arm gesture a lot. They may smile to look comfortable and confident however their arms crossing style says otherwise.

2 ) Arms Crossing Personality:
If someone crosses their both hands in front over the crotch or abdomen, their personality traits reveal that they are feeling vulnerable and nervous but have to seem confident in public. Usually, one does not like to feel exposed so most men would clasp their both hands in the front. As per body language, this is not a confident position. Usually, people feeling insecure in themselves adopt this arm gesture. This kind of body language also reveals some ‘self-restraint’ as one is not confident or feeling nervous, or scared. Unless one is among a gathering or social function where an authoritative figure is presenting, this gesture is a clear display of stress and tense emotions. This gesture should be avoided if one wants to look confident and assertive.

3 ) Arms Crossing Personality:
If someone clasps both hands behind their back, their personality traits reveal that he or she is not concerned with what someone else has to say or do. Holding their hands lightly displays self-confidence and pride in one own’s identity. This gesture is not the same as the self-assuring gesture. This gesture is also an open position where the body is completely exposed which tells that the person is completely relaxed and at ease with themselves. They are confident and display no sign of fear of vulnerability. Rather, they are displaying superiority, power, and confidence. Such a person is demanding respect and displaying authority. However, this gesture when done by someone in the lower chain of hierarchy shows frustration and resentment. Such a gesture is usually used by leaders, policemen, CEOs, teachers, or anyone who is an authority figure or displays authority.
4 Arms Crossing Personality:
If someone clasps one arm behind their back, their personality traits reveal that the person is feeling small and lacking confidence in themselves. They are displaying submissiveness and lack of power. They may also be trying to comfort themselves. The tighter and higher the grip on one arm, the more that person is restless, nervous, frustrated, and stressed. This gesture usually implies that the person is looking for comfort and a secure feeling to be able to relax. Usually, people who feel anxious in group settings or around authority figures will take up this arm crossing gesture. Teens and children who are uncertain in their answers or are feeling scared would also stand in this arm-crossing gesture. One should learn to avoid this arm gesture and adopt the palm-to-palm behind-the-back arm crossing style to feel more condiment and in control.

Supporting someone who is suffering from depression requires a multifaceted approach, but here are some concise ways you can help:

1. Be empathetic and non-judgmental: Listen actively and show understanding without dismissing their feelings or experiences.

2. Encourage professional help: Suggest that they seek assistance from a mental health professional, such as a therapist or psychiatrist.

3. Offer practical support: Help with daily tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, or running errands, to lighten their load.

4. Stay connected: Regularly check in on them, even if it's just a simple text or call, to let them know you care and are there for them.

5. Avoid pushing or pressuring: Respect their boundaries and allow them to open up at their own pace. Encourage but do not force them to engage in activities or socialize.

6. Educate yourself: Learn about depression to better understand their condition and the challenges they face.

7. Encourage self-care: Promote healthy habits like regular exercise, proper nutrition, sufficient sleep, and engaging in activities they enjoy.

8. Avoid blaming or minimizing: Be mindful of your language and avoid telling them to "snap out of it" or suggesting it's just a phase. Depression is a serious condition that requires understanding and support.

9. Seek support for yourself: Caring for someone with depression can be emotionally taxing, so it's essential to prioritize your own well-being. Consider seeking support from friends, family, or a support group.

Remember, it's crucial to involve professionals in their care, as they can provide specialized guidance and treatment.

Five important psychological facts about girls:

1: Individual Differences: Just like boys, girls display a wide range of personalities, temperaments, and traits. It's essential to remember that psychological characteristics vary greatly among individuals, and generalizations about girls should be made cautiously.

2: Socialization and Gender Roles: Society plays a significant role in shaping the psychological development of girls. From an early age, girls are often socialized to conform to specific gender roles, which can impact their self-esteem, aspirations, and behavior. It's important to recognize and challenge gender stereotypes to promote equality and support girls' individuality.

3: Emotional Intelligence: Research suggests that girls tend to display higher levels of emotional intelligence compared to boys. They often excel in understanding and expressing emotions, as well as empathizing with others. This emotional sensitivity can contribute to their social relationships and communication skills.

4: Body Image Concerns: Girls commonly experience body image concerns and may be influenced by societal standards of beauty. Media, peer pressure, and cultural expectations can contribute to low self-esteem and body dissatisfaction. Promoting a healthy body image and emphasizing inner qualities and strengths are crucial in supporting girls' mental well-being.

5: Academic Achievement: Studies indicate that girls, on average, perform as well as or better than boys academically. They often demonstrate higher levels of motivation, organization, and communication skills in educational settings. Encouraging girls' educational pursuits and providing equal opportunities can contribute to their success and empowerment.

It's important to note that these facts are generalizations and may not apply to every individual girl. Psychological characteristics can vary greatly based on a person's unique experiences, upbringing, and individual differences.

Habits that increase feelings of depression avoid it.
1: Sitting on the bed at times other than sleeping, whether to watch TV or your phone, increases your feeling of helplessness and frustration.
2: Retiring from events, relationships, and family presence increases your feeling of loneliness and that no one cares about you.
3: Sleep during the day, close the windows, and not be exposed to the sun most of the time.
4:Not arranging the bedroom. Your eyes will transmit to you negative feelings about randomness and discomfort, which increases the feeling of discomfort.
5: Focusing on bad and negative news increases your feeling that the world is insecure and increases anxiety, stress, and fear of the future.
6:Eating in the room alone or at different times from the family increases the feeling of loneliness and that you do not belong to them.

What Does a Healthy Relationship Look Like?
Healthy relationships involve honesty, trust, respect and open communication between partners and they take effort and compromise from both people. There is no imbalance of power. Partners respect each other’s independence, can make their own decisions without fear of retribution or retaliation, and share decisions.

Characteristics of Healthy Relationships

Respect for privacy and space. You don’t have to be with your partner 24/7.
Your partner encourages you to spend time with friends without them, and to participate in activities that you enjoy.
You feel comfortable expressing your opinions and concerns to your partner.
Your feel physically safe and your partner doesn’t force you to have s*x or to do things that make you feel uncomfortable.
Your partner respects your wishes and feelings and you can compromise and negotiate when there are disagreements or conflicts.
The foundation of a healthy relationship includes:

Boundaries: You and your partner are able to find ways to meet each other’s’ needs in ways that you both feel comfortable with.
Communication: You and your partner can share your feelings, even when you don’t agree, in a way that makes the other person feel safe, heard, and not judged.
Trust: Building trust can take time and allows couples to be vulnerable with one another knowing that they can rely on the other person.
Consent: Most commonly used when you’re being s*xually active, giving consent means that you are okay with what is happening, and that no one is forcing you or guilting you into doing anything that you don’t want to do. Consent can be given and taken back at any time.

Don't be in a relationship with anyone you wouldn't marry😊!
Here's why
It's a waste of time and it takes you off the market. Don't worry too much about relationships
Build friendships, and maybe one day you'll meet your soulmate. Your life should not be spent on trying to fall in love
Or having to worry about a partner
Your life right now should be spent on you finding yourself
Go to that party, Study hard, If you have a goal reach for it
If you don't have don't worry about it
The past is a memory, The future is imagination And the present is a gift. Make the most of being young because trust me .. Getting older comes fast .

"Wash your own brain..."
Why should you brainwash yourself?
Because someone will do that for you.. Our brains are ready to receive suggestions and instructions, and easily adopt the opinions of others.. If you contemplate your knowledge, you will discover that 99% of what you know, adopt and believe is the product of external minds from which you took this knowledge and those convictions.
And because you cannot withdraw from society or prevent you from being affected by your surroundings, what remains in front of you is only (participate in washing your brain yourself, or at least realize the way you are unconsciously affected by others..
And I say “unconscious”, because your subconscious mind accepts commands and instructions more easily than your conscious mind.. In the case of full awareness, a person may reject many directions that do not correspond to his upbringing, principles or preconceived opinions (especially if he has the gift of critical thinking).
As for its usual daily state, it often begins unconsciously by accepting many suggestions that leak to it from the media, the conversations of friends, and the currents of society, (and this is what I call (soft brainwashing). While it can be deleted and removed through special washing sessions that a person performs for himself, as I do daily before I go to sleep).
It is known that the effect of suggestion and orders becomes stronger when we put ourselves in a state of complete relaxation and concentration, and in brackets (the effect is magnified in the case of hypnosis).
Just as the psychologist can put the patient in a state (hypnosis).
Magnetic) You can do this in a subjective way through which you absorb the required suggestions.. If, for example, you want to get rid of obesity, exercise, or stop smoking, the solution is simply to wash your brain by repeating stimulating suggestions and counter-commands:

The first method: depends on standing in front of the mirror for a long time (until you separate from the face opposite you), then you give yourself the suggestions and commands you need to change, or create new habits.

The second method: Relax in a dark place, close your eyes, and repeat motivational sentences that you need for at least a hundred times until you feel the sensation overwhelming you and running through your veins.
