Take a day to slow down, reconnect with nature, and engage in meaningful activities on our land. This retreat day invites you to step away from daily routines, practice mindfulness, breathe deeply, and give back to the Earth, all while embracing the principles of permaculture.

Begin the day with mindfulness and Qigong, cultivating deeper awareness of the natural world and our connection to it. You will enter the day with a renewed sense of peace and presence, fostering a deeper connection with the land.

Every participant will take a medicinal plant home that we cultivated and the embodied experience to walk through life with mindfulness. We include a nourishing lunch, a tasty vegan feijoada, herbal infusions, warm tea and healthy snacks.

In the middle of abundance, green and whistling birds we nestled our studio from an old ‘celeiro’ where little birds would fly over your head into this sacred ancestral place.

I feel the area breathing all the wisdom of the Earth. Under the high ceiling we sense this physical space.

The garden around is a play ground for our little fairies. 2 swings under the fig tree and a slide over the green grass. Everything feels and is home.

We opened the doors of this farm to unite with loved ones in a vision of contemplative living in harmony with nature.

🌸 The Rose Geranium plant is abundantly present for you, to heal the sensitive skins.

Experience the art of ancient plant distillation, studying its monograph, feeling the plant, accompanying it throughout the process of transformation from the visible to the invisible until the hydrolate and essential oil are obtained.

All course materials are included along with a Plant Monograph. Each participant will also take home a 50ml bottle of the hydrolat distilled that day. Vegetarian lunch by Aryuvedic Chef Kelsey Baptiste, drinks and snacks available all day.

We will finish this workshop deeply connected to the plants, appreciating the meditative process.
