Glory Centre Community Services Association We have just launched a new program - "Nature & Art Wellness"

Our organization has come up with a h The goals for our program:

1.

In Singapore, most of us are living in a fast and havoc lifestyle. We all know that the world is fighting with COVID-19 pandemic and Singapore is not exempted. Because of this, we have to learn to live in the new normal, to put on mask when we go out of our houses, keep safe distancing and have to wash our hands frequently. We can see how stressful we all experience in this new normal. We need to have support groups where people can come together to share their common interest so that they can de-stress from their works and families. To de-stress from stressful lifestyle.

2. To prevent depression before it happens to the individual.

3. To prevent dementia for the seniors and also prevent it from getting severe.
