Exercise and do a good turn at the same time, by participating in NKF Singapore Race Inspired! Challenge. This charity sport event seeks to raise funds for kidney failure patients and promote healthy living.
In Singapore, a new kidney failure patient is diagnosed almost every day, out of which about 2 in 3 cases are due to diabetes. Adopting a healthy diet and active lifestyle can help prevent or delay the onset of kidney disease and other metabolic illnesses.
From 18 March to 7 April, join in the race with your family and friends and do your part to raise awareness on the importance of kidney health!
