Halo-halo, also spelled haluhalo, Tagalog for "mixed" (the more common spelling instead literally equating to "mix-mix"), is a popular cold dessert in the Philippines. Here is my own version of it made from sweetened banana, jelly, coconut jelly, sweetened kidney beans, coconut shred, ube jam, leche flan, ube condense milk, evaporated milk, and crushed ice.
