This was the moment when I first introduced my book 'Balance Within' to the public.

I’ve watched this clip several times since it was captured, and every single time, it brings back so many emotions and gives me even more motivation to continue working towards women’s wellness.

𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗿…

Someone who chooses to turn their 𝑒𝑥𝑝𝑒𝑟𝑖𝑒𝑛𝑐𝑒𝑠, 𝑙𝑒𝑎𝑟𝑛𝑖𝑛𝑔𝑠, 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑒𝑥𝑝𝑜𝑠𝑢𝑟𝑒 into words — hoping they create a meaningful impact in someone else’s journey.

𝗔 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗮𝗴𝗼, 𝗜 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲.
To pen down not just my knowledge, but also my experiences and observations gathered through years of working closely with women and wellness.

I have always felt there is a missing link during a 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗻’𝘀 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲 — sometimes it is awareness, sometimes guidance, and often, simply a support system that understands her.

This book is an attempt to bridge that gap with a holistic perspective that combines yogic wisdom with scientific understanding.

My hope is that this book supports women through different phases of life and becomes something worth passing on to the younger generation as well.

𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫 𝐘𝐨𝐠𝐚 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧

Here’s a glimpse of the Chair Yoga session I conducted at 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘉𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦𝘥 𝘓𝘪𝘧𝘦 𝘌𝘷𝘦𝘯𝘵.

Chair Yoga is a powerful mind-body practice that is simple, accessible, and highly effective. Over time, I’ve had the opportunity to conduct sessions across corporates, and the impact on employee well-being and productivity is always visible.

While it benefits people of all age groups, it becomes especially important for women over 40, supporting mobility, strength, and overall balance.

What made this session truly special was witnessing people connect—with their bodies, their breath, and with themselves.

I’m Nidhi Kagrana—

My journey didn’t begin in wellness.

I started as an Environmental Engineer… but life had different plans.

At 15, I was diagnosed with atopic dermatitis. What began as a small condition gradually took over nearly 70% of my body—impacting not just my health, but my confidence, identity, and everyday life.

Even moving to Singapore didn’t bring relief.

In 2019, I made a life-changing decision—to step away from my corporate career and turn towards yoga.

What followed wasn’t an overnight transformation… but a slow, powerful reconnection with myself.

Through the consistent practice of 𝐇𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐚 𝐘𝐨𝐠𝐚 (𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐭 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐘𝐨𝐠𝐚 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐞, 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚) and therapeutic approaches, I began to heal—physically, emotionally, and mentally.

Today, as 𝘢𝘯 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘤𝘦𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘧𝘪𝘦𝘥 𝘠𝘰𝘨𝘢 𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘱𝘪𝘴𝘵 (500 𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴, 𝘜𝘯𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘠𝘰𝘨𝘢 𝘈𝘺𝘶𝘳𝘷𝘦𝘥𝘢, 𝘚𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘢𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘦) 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘢𝘤𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘙𝘠𝘛 500, 𝘌𝘙𝘠𝘛 500 & 𝘠𝘈𝘊𝘌𝘗 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘠𝘰𝘨𝘢 𝘈𝘭𝘭𝘪𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦 (𝘜𝘚𝘈), I bring both science and soul into my work.
