Honestly—no surprise, right? I think we’re all feeling that way lately.
Let’s explore what’s happening in our body when we feel stressed.
🧠 Your cortisol (your main stress hormone) gets out of sync.
Did you know that cortisol naturally fluctuates all day long? Our cortisol level is heavily influenced by our environment, sleep quality, and the constant pressure of daily life.
From the body chemistry perspective:
Essential oils don’t actually force cortisol down by themselves. They work UPSTREAM by calming your nervous system first.
