Rehabilitation isn’t just for injuries. It also plays an important role in recovery from neurological conditions and cancer treatment.

As a rehab physician, Dr Jong Sze Chin works with patients across a wide range of needs, from sports injuries to stroke recovery and cancer care. Fun fact: she also serves as a medical classifier for Singapore national para swimming, reflecting her interest in helping individuals return to function and meaningful activity.

At Parkway MediCentre, she supports patients with personalised rehab plans to rebuild strength, improve movement, and restore confidence in daily life.

👋 Speak with Dr Jong to find out how rehabilitation can support your recovery.

Squats shouldn’t hurt. Runs shouldn’t hurt. And your workouts shouldn’t leave you stuck at the same results year after year.

Pain and plateaus aren’t always about your knees. Often, they’re linked to muscle imbalances, how your muscles fire, and how your body is built to move.

A DEXA scan, paired with a proper movement assessment, gives you the roadmap to identify imbalances, train smarter, and make progress that finally feels intentional.

Less guesswork. More targeted progress.

12 new measles cases have been reported in Singapore, highlighting how quickly the virus can spread.

Vaccination remains one of the most effective ways to protect against measles. Checking your immunisation records can give peace of mind before travel, for young children, or for migrant domestic workers, whose immunity is now required when caring for children under seven.

MMR vaccines are available from $55 per dose. For children, we also offer a 4-in-1 vaccine that protects against measles, mumps, rubella and chickenpox, and is fully-subsidised for Singaporean children.

Simply walk in to Parkway MediCentre to get vaccinated.

"There is no evidence of wider community spread," said the Communicable Diseases Agency.
