Here is the updated group yoga class schedule, with options to practice outdoors by the sea, close to nature, or in the comfort of your condominium.
Each class is thoughtfully structured and suitable for Beginners to Intermediate levels:
• We start with grounding and breath awareness
• Move into a gentle warm-up
• Flow through a Hatha Yoga practice
• And finish with relaxation
The focus of the practice changes every week, and I always offer modifications so you can move safely and confidently at your own pace.
