注意了～ 别因为孩子挑食而只给他吃他要吃的～
对健康不好的东西过多会害了他…

还是要及时矫正他的饮食观念，
确保摄取足够的营养素 👍🏻😊

特别是眼睛，某种营养的缺乏，
会导致眼睛/视力开始出现问题…

不是所有的症状都可以被改善，特别是神经受损的症状，是不能被逆转的，像这个小孩，长期挑食，7 年只吃自己爱吃的东西，结果因为营养的缺乏，看不到东西了 … 因为神经的受损，也不能被逆转了…

千万不要随着孩子的喜好只让他吃他爱吃的东西，要及时纠正，灌输他正确的营养知识。
