Crazy Sept: very grateful to colleagues and thanks to patients for your trust and support.

This month craziness; 80yo ureter diverticulum w 8mm stone, renal abscess managed w parapelvic endoscopic incision 14yo, complete ureteric obstruction from lesion and 8mm stone, varicoceletomy and to top it off....

39 year old patient that I saw a tiny lung nodule 1 year ago. Follow up this year to tell me that I saved his life from Lung cancer. 😁😅🙂 Buffet syndrome?!? Tell that to my patient.

This is what the rest of the world is saying. Screening for prostate cancer saves lives! It's time the USPSTF updated its recommendation. If you're a man over 50, get yourself checked for prostate cancer.

Prostate cancer rates rose over the past decade, following years of decline. The increase is driven by advanced prostate cancer diagnoses, even in males as young as 55.
