I'm sure we all had an amazing time at ICS' 15th Anniversary Party! 🥳🎈 It was truly a night to remember, and we want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who joined us in commemorating this special milestone. 🌟

We had heartfelt conversations, joyful laughter and singing, and appreciation of fine art. The atmosphere was buzzing with positivity, camaraderie and gratefulness. Seeing familiar faces and meeting new friends made the evening even more memorable. 💖

Dear ICS community, as our first 10-session Chinese Art class comes to a close, we are overjoyed to share a special moment from our recent "Art of Meditation" session by ICS and Dr Chew in the Chinese art painting class designed for our beloved ICS Patients.

Hello friends of ICS! 🎨🤗

We are thrilled to share the highlights from our 3rd session of our Chinese art painting class, where we discovered the concept of Xing Shen - the balance of body and mind - through the vibrant world of fruits and vegetables. 🧘‍♂️🍓

In Chinese philosophy, Xing Shen emphasizes the importance of harmony within ourselves, reflecting the unity of our physical and mental well-being. Under the expert guidance of Dr. Chew, we delved into the intricate details of painting various fruits and vegetables in the Chinese style. 🍅🎨

The results were nothing short of spectacular! 🌽🍇 Each stroke on the canvas was a mindful reflection of the harmony we were seeking to achieve within ourselves.

🎨🌿 Explore the Harmony of Yin Yang and Nature in Session 2 of ICS' Chinese Art Painting Class! 🖌️🌗

We had another incredible session in our Chinese art painting class. This time, Dr. Chew guided and introduced ICS' patients through the process of creating art that not only captures the essence of Yin Yang (balance and interconnectedness of opposites) but also celebrates the serenity of nature, or Zi Ran. 🖼️🌱

🎉✨ Session 1 - Event Recap: Art of Meditation! ✨🎉

What an interesting kickoff to our Chinese Painting Classes by Dr. Chew! Session 1 was filled with intrigue and laughter that set the stage for what promises to be an unforgettable journey.

Dr. Chew shared about the about the principles of Chinese painting and the four treasures of Chinese painters.
