JIN TCM Clinic, in collaboration with WUDANG TAI CHI & WELLNESS, presents a series of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Qigong / Exercise classes.
Designed for daily wellness, stress relief and gentle rehabilitation support.
Wudang Elemental Qigong combines:
✨ Wudang Baduanjin
✨ Huogu Qigong (a traditional Wudang internal wellness method)
✨ Taiji movement principles
✨ Functional fitness
All integrated with TCM Five-Element Theory and a holistic approach to mind-body balance.
🌿 This practice helps with:
• Relieving neck, shoulder, back and knee pain
• Loosening stiff joints and improving posture
• Enhancing blood circulation, boosting metabolism, and speeding up body recovery
• Calming the mind, reducing stress, and improving sleep
