2 weeks ago, we held a unique sound healing session.
Conducted by Michelle Wee, who's an occupational therapist turned yoga/pilates instructor and sound therapist. She combined her knowledge of the human body functions with breathing and stretching techniques from yin yoga, guiding participants through tension releasing postures before and during the sound healing.
Participants left the session feeling relaxed and equipped with more body awareness.
One participant shared the following day, "I felt so sleepy I slept very early last night! Many people need this!"
Another said the session helped him realise his body is very tense and he enjoyed the stretches.
