How’s your year been? Mine has been such a year full of changes, growth and lessons I can’t believe how turbulent yet compassionate life has been unfolding for me. I’m looking forward to hosting this experience and inviting everyone to come reconnect with the Self ✨

Immensely thrilled to collaborate with Kian to infuse a forest bathing experience with our usual outdoor yoga classes as we warmly embrace the almost end of 2024.

Forest Bathing is a therapeutic and relational practice inspired by the Japanese concept of Shinrin-yoku. The practice is designed to foster relaxation and well-being by immersing oneself in the healing atmosphere of nature. Through guided practices, sensory invitations, and mindful reflection, Forest Bathing encourages participants to explore how nature can promote grounding, peace, and renewal. The experience provides opportunities to cultivate presence, slow down, and build a reciprocal relationship with the natural world, fostering mental clarity and emotional well-being.

• Chasing what my heart desires, and chasing it fiercely •

I look back to where I started and all the plans I penned down for Ommaega - I’m so incredibly proud. Trying to grow a brand that articulates “The answer lies in Nature.” through a digital world is a new territory and I am just so grateful for each and every step in that direction.

That weekend at Sentosa swelled with fun as families, kids, friends and furry friends ambled their way through the market.

We brought our second product which is a sunblock that bears the endearment, “Nature’s Veil”, to represent the amalgamation of nurturing ingredients from Mother Earth as she protects us from the sun.

As we are expanding our products, we will only have one collection - Nature - and that’s the best collection.

Earlier this year, I was honoured to lead a mass yoga class under the stars in the heart of Our Tampines Hub. So grateful to be coming back here again in Oct as we prepare for another mass session. It’s going to be phenomenal and I’m already looking forward to the energy and surrealness of this outdoor experience under the vast skies; it’s almost ethereal ✨looking forward to seeing familiar faces and even more so to seeing new ones as I invite you to this incredible experience.

🙏 Privileged to teach many new students recently. I’m also very encouraged when male students step forward to learn! 😃 (fun fact: my youngest student is an adorable 3-year old boy who came with his dad 🤩)

Yoga is ❌ not gender-specific ❌ and I hope to eradicate myths surrounding that topic (perhaps in another post).
