[Restorative Yoga Immersion]
There is a quiet tiredness you may recognise.
You meet every demand placed on you. You are capable, responsible, and reliable. From the outside, things look fine.
But inside, there is a low hum of watchfulness that rarely fully switches off.
Weekends do not feel restful. Sleep does not feel restorative. Even when you stop, your body stays braced, scanning, ready for the next thing.
This is not about trying harder. Your body has simply been under pressure for a very long time. Your system has been on guard for so long that it no longer downshifts on its own.
It needs the right conditions to remember how.
This immersion provides the conditions for that shift to begin.
