Melissaâs yoga journey began in 2012, and what started as personal practice became a calling to share yogaâs transformative power with others. Her teaching path took a deeply personal turn in 2016 when, 24 weeks pregnant, she joined Prenatal Vinyasa YTT to truly understand how yoga could support her changing body.
The results spoke for themselvesâa baby in favorable position, preparation for labour, and a low-back-pain-free pregnancy. This experience ignited her passion for guiding expectant mothers through their own journeys with awareness, breath, and gentle movement.
Since completing her 200-Hr YTT in 2019, Melissa has been dedicated to creating space where students build meaningful mind-body connection. For her, teaching goes beyond posesâitâs about sharing practices that ripple into everyday life with positive impact.
