Active Red - with its all new Active Studio, is the latest concept in Total Wellness offering you a complete solution for all your health and fitness needs. We aspire to offer you a fresh new approach to your current exercise routine. You get to choose from a wide range of latest programs in our group exercise - such as our internationally accredited Active Kickboxing, Boot Camps, Gym Circuit Training, Olympic Weightlifting. For those who desire that personalise attention, our Personalised Exercise Programming will definitely meet your needs. Whether in a group or personalized exercise training sessions, we have programs to cater to everyone from juniors, teenagers, adults, and seniors. Our coaches are certified by internationally recognized organizations such as the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), the International Society for the Advancement of Kinanthropometry (ISAK), and accredited by the World Association of Kickboxing Organisations (WAKO). We are the appointed national representative for the World Association of Kickboxing Organisations (WAKO) in Singapore. We aim to introduce and promote the 3 areas of WAKO Kickboxing:

1. Non-combative Kickboxing Fitness workouts as an safe and effective weight loss/fitness improvement solution for the general Singapore population, one that will assist you achieve your goals in the quickest time possible.

2. Kickboxing Sports in:
a. Tatami Sports – as a viable sports for the development of our youth
b. Ring Sports – for the lion hearted challenge seekers who aspire to take their sporting passion to a higher level. We are also commissioned to run WAKO internationally accredited Kickboxing Fitness Trainer course in Singapore.
