Whether in a group or personalized exercise training sessions, we have programs to cater to everyone from juniors, teenagers, adults, and seniors. Our coaches are certified by internationally recognized organizations such as the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), the International Society for the Advancement of Kinanthropometry (ISAK), and accredited by the World Association of Kickboxing Organisations (WAKO). We are the appointed national representative for the World Association of Kickboxing Organisations (WAKO) in Singapore. We aim to introduce and promote the 3 areas of WAKO Kickboxing:

1. Non-combative Kickboxing Fitness workouts as an safe and effective weight loss/fitness improvement solution for the general Singapore population, one that will assist you achieve your goals in the quickest time possible.

2. Kickboxing Sports in:
a. Tatami Sports – as a viable sports for the development of our youth
