Savasana (Co**se Pose) is a relaxation posture practiced at the end of yoga.
Lying flat on the back, body still and relaxed, with natural breathing and gentle awareness.
Benefits:
Deeply relaxes body and mind
Reduces stress, anxiety, and fatigue
Calms the nervous system and lowers blood pressure
Improves focus and sleep
Helps the body absorb benefits of other yoga poses
