The Freedom From the Impact of Dementia Seminar at the World Ageing Festival on 1 December 2021, held in partnership with The Salvation Army Peacehaven, provides insights to the latest insights on caring for older people post covid-19 pandemic experiences, caregiving for clinical teams and family caregivers, and the importance of self care. The programme focuses on topics that provide clinical and mental health support for caregivers - Real life experiences, how to prepare to be a caregiver to ageing family members and how to create and remember the beautiful lives of older people.
