Today is Day 24 of 90 of the 100% fruits and raw vegetables diet.
Yes, you read that right! It's not 60 days. I've extended it by another 30 days. Hooyah!
This is my workout performance today compared to the last update:
βοΈ Running: 29m13s for ~5km, down from 29m38s. It's a 25-second improvement!
βοΈ Pullups: 13 - up from 12
βοΈ Pushups: 40 - up from 35
βοΈ Situps: 55 - up from 50
I'm 100% stronger and fitter for sure. Just not bigger... π
Compared to the last update, my mind got even sharper and zero energy dips. I could go on and on and on throughout the day.
Despite pushing myself harder in this workout, my body recovers in a flash! No muscle soreness!
Symptoms-wise, the tummy bloat and chronic fatigue are gone, and so is the itchy skin beside my nose. Some acne, blocked sinuses, blocked ears, tinnitus, brain fog, neck pain, lower back pain remain but they are at 10% of their former severity.
Dry, itchy eyes remain. This one is real stubborn!
One more cycle of the 9-day Advanced 369 Liver Cleanse is almost coming to a close. That's three down and seven more cycles to go!
Oh... my weight is 52.5kg (after running). I've lost about 1.5kg after 24 days on this diet. It's very little considering fruits are my main source of calories.
And I have a confession to make....
I received a big batch of whole leaf dulse and it's so addictive that I couldn't stop eating! No wonder they call it vegan bacon... Who needs meat when veg can taste so awesome!? Now I need another fix...
