Full Time Retail Sales Assistant – Wan Siang TCM
Location : Canberra Plaza
Job Type: Full Time
Timing: 5 Day Work 12:30pm - 9:30pm , Off Thursday and Friday
Salary: $1700 – $1900
*Part time position available
Other Salary Components:

• 14 Days Annual Leave/ Medical Leave / Hospital Leave
• Medical

Requirements:
• Computer literate
• Committed and service-oriented personality
• Excellent telephone etiquette Self Motivated, positive attitude, and strong integrity
• Customer service experience in retail outlet
• Must be able to commit on Weekends and Public Holidays
• Preferably able to identify Chinese herbs

Job Description:
• Attend to customer’s inquiries
• Ensure stocks are replenished and displayed properly at their display location.
• Handle customer payments using POS system and other credit card facilities.
• Keep track of stocks level and expiry date, etc.
• Area cleaning to maintain hygiene and cleanliness.
• Assist in all other retail operation duties (product packing)
• Handle patient’s management system
• Handle incoming walk-in patients, phone calls, appointments, and messages
• Other administrative ad-hoc duties as assigned by direct Manager
* Work experience in the TCM industry will an advantage
