🌿 Have you ever noticed that when we get overwhelmed, our mind jumps into planning mode, as we frantically try to predict, prevent, or control every outcome? And we usually end up feeling even more tension than before with no relief in sight!
Try taking a moment to pause, breathe, and let go of control. It may seem like that's doing nothing, but it can actually regulate our nervous systems so we gain better perspective and maybe even find some hidden courage to face difficult situations.
Sometimes the next right step appears only after we find our breath, trust ourselves, and loosen our hold. 😌
