In my drumstick workout sessions, everyone starts the same way 👇

That’s it.

No fitness test. No “must slim down first”.
Just a safe, low-impact session to help you:

move more without heavy machines

sweat a little and clear your head

feel proud that you finally did something for yourself

• Mix of simple cardio + about 30 minutes of DrumFit-style movement to music

🏠 Indoor @ Tampines
• Tuesday evenings – after-work session
• Saturday mornings – start the weekend with a feel-good sweat

Perfect if you are a busy adult or parent who has not exercised in a while and needs a friendly, no-judgment space.

July 2023 ➜ Nov 2025.
Not a 30-day miracle. Just me stopping the nonsense.

I’m not garang. I love food. I can be lazy.
What changed? I dropped the “aiya next Monday” story and did small things every week.

If you’re waiting for motivation… that’s the delay tactic.
Do the boring stuff. Repeat. Get results.

I used to think I was doomed.

Obese, out of shape, breathless easily… I honestly believed, “This is just me for life.”

I’m not the super garang kind.
I love food. I love to nua. I can be lazy.
But I stopped resigning to fate and started changing a little:

drinking more water

moving my body even when I didn’t feel like it

being more aware of what (and how much) I was eating

showing up, again and again, even imperfectly

No crazy diet. No overnight miracle.
Just small decisions stacked over time.

Today I can walk longer, train better, and enjoy life without so many “eee, tired la” moments. I feel lighter, clearer, and more in control.

I’m still a work-in-progress.
But I’m proud of how far I’ve come, and I’ll keep transforming at my pace.

If you’re unhappy with where you are now, don’t just conclude “no hope already”.

Before you give up on yourself, talk to me.
Let’s see what’s possible for you — no pressure, no drama.

This just goes to show how one simple decision—to join an outdoor class—can change your life in unexpected ways.

What started as a way to stay active has blossomed into a strong friendship with our Punggol Mama. And as a true warrior, she never forgets us, even when she's on her tours! We're so touched by these gifts she brought back.

Thank you, Mama, for your kindness and for being a part of our lives.
