It was such a joy deep diving together into the fascia ocean with 13 curious, present and engaging Pilates BodyTree teachers for the first 3 days in October! They were already considering and sprinkling fascia-focused movement cues into clients sessions they were teaching when I left the studio after teaching Day 2 and Day 3 of the course! 👏🏼🤩🥳😉🫶🏼
