HealthServe

HealthServe We advocate for a society where every migrant worker lives a life of health, well-being and dignity.

Established in 2006, HealthServe is an IPC registered charity that advocates for a society where every migrant worker lives a life of health, wellbeing and dignity. As a medical NGO, we seek to bring hope and healing to the disadvantaged migrant community through the provision of holistic health and social care, from medical, dental and mental health services to other forms of social assistance. Our work to support tens of thousands of migrant workers every year is underpinned by a large pool of medical and non-medical volunteers, donors and partners.

The HealthServe SG60 Tribute Luncheon marked the first time we brought 400 migrant brothers together to enjoy a 5-star banquet-style meal experience, complete with special guests and performances.
This would not have been possible without the generous support and commitment of our supporters, donors, volunteers, and staff 🌟
A huge thank you to our corporate donors Binjai Tree, Holywell Foundation, Migrant Workers' Centre, Paya Lebar Methodist Church, Tong Eng Capital, Tee Up Dormitory, The Silent Foundation, Westlite Dormitory, Woh Hup, Yeoman Capital Management and Yong Hon Kong Foundation; our individual donors Andress Goh, Chew Sutat, Dr and Mrs Choy Khai Meng, Goh Yew Lin, Susan Kong, Valerie Tan; and our many other donors who wish to remain anonymous. Also thanks to supporters SingLand, Lojel, NNIO, Marina Bay Sands Singapore, Ministry of Manpower, SBS Transit and Totally Hot Stuff.
From all of us at HealthServe, and from every migrant brother who joined us that day, thank you for helping make the Luncheon a success ❤️

The Heart of the Celebration 💛
Beyond the stage and spotlight, it was the laughter, conversations, and quiet joy that truly made the HealthServe SG60 Tribute Luncheon heartfelt.
From sharing stories over a meal to capturing fun memories with friends, we are glad to see our migrant brothers enjoying a day that celebrated them.
Here’s to the moments in between — candid, heartfelt, and full of life.

Celebrating Our Migrant Workers For Their Contributions In Building Singapore

HealthServe today hosted a special SG60 Tribute Luncheon for over 400 migrant workers at Marina Bay Sands. Guest‑of‑Honour President Tharman Shanmugaratnam graced the event and presented HealthServe Awards to individual award recipients. Minister of State for Manpower, Mr Dinesh Vasu Dash also joined in the celebrations.

The attendees are migrant workers mainly from the Construction, Marine Shipyard and Process (CMP) sectors — many from Bangladesh, India, Myanmar and China — invited through dormitory operators, employers and corporate partners, while some are HealthServe’s beneficiaries.

The Luncheon marked the debut of the HealthServe Awards, a partner-nominated initiative honouring outstanding individuals and organisations who have, in their capacity as peer support leaders, volunteers or corporate partners, shown care to migrant workers.

Since starting our healthcare outreach to migrant domestic workers (MDWs) last year, we now operate a Sunday clinic weekly for migrant sisters focused on providing affordable chronic disease care.

The clinic sessions would not be possible without the dedication of our volunteer doctors. If you would like to support our migrant brothers and sisters as a volunteer doctor, please get in touch with us through our website!

If you are an MDW, or know an MDW friend, with diabetes, hypertension, or high cholesterol concerns, please book an appointment for our Sunday clinic here: https://healthserve.unotechcms.com/p/appointments/new?clinicId=3&service=Geylang+MDW+Clinic
