I was the girl who had it together on the outside and was quietly falling apart on the inside. Expat life, high-pressure career, three countries in ten years.
My body was sending signals I didn’t know how to read. Hormones off. Energy gone. The doctors said everything was “normal.” I knew it wasn’t.
