Urvi Shah is a certified and an experienced yoga practitioner specializing in yoga for kids. She is the founder of Kiddies Yoga and brings to the table 10+ years of practice and experience. She began her own journey as an instructor in 2012 after getting a certification from The Yoga Institute,Mumbai. She has also conducted workshops and have been mentoring kids ever since. Urvi is a former management personal and was working within Pharma industry before introducing Kiddies Yoga. She comes with a deep knowledge of Health and Nutrition. She aspires to increase awareness and introduce more number of kids to yoga through her new initiative Kiddies Yoga.
