Time to step into a new challenge—literally! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

For the month of May, as we embrace the energy of summer, we’re taking it back to basics: 𝙢𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩, 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙮, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙙𝙚𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣. This month’s challenge is all about hitting 10,000 𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙥𝙨 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙙𝙖𝙮, proving that no matter how busy life gets, you can still make time for yourself.

𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙩𝙤 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙚:
1️⃣ Commit to 10K or more steps daily, no excuses—just pure dedication.
2️⃣ Track your steps using your smartwatch or phone.
3️⃣ Final showdown: From 𝙈𝙖𝙮 25𝙩𝙝 - 31𝙨𝙩, push your limits—the participant with the highest step count WINS the challenge!
