Understanding Knee Osteoarthritis Management Workshop

Avant Orthopaedic doctors Dr Philip McGraw and Dr Ramesh, were involved in an educational symposium for General Medical Practitioners last weekend at One Farrer Hotel.

They discussed knee osteoarthritis, various treatment options and joint injection modalities and techniques.

The participants were provided opportunities to practise their injection techniques with guidance of both our doctors.

Continued engagement of our GP colleagues to provide skills training in outpatient injection techniques will enable holistic management of knee osteoarthritis in the community.
