Ingredients:

✅ 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt (plain)
✅ 1/2 banana, sliced
✅ 2 tbsp natural peanut butter (unsweetened)
✅ 1/4 cup granola (low-sugar, whole grain)
✅ 1 tbsp chia seeds
