🍓Strawberry and Coconut Cheesecake !

• Ingredients
(For 12 Slice)
-Biscuits 7 oz (198 g)
-Coconut meat 4 tbsp (21 g)
-Butter 6 tbsp (85 g)
-Canned milk 1 cup (306 g)
-Mascarpone 16 oz ( 454 g)
-Lemons 2 fruit without seeds (216 g)
-Strawberries 1 cup, halves ( 152 g)
-Strawberry jam 2tbsp (40 g)
• Directions
🍍Step 1
Mix together the crushed biscuits, coconut and melted butter, then lightly press into a springform pan. Chill for 10 minutes.
🍍Step 2
Whisk together the condensed milk and Mascarpone cheese until completely smooth. Add the lemon juice and combine thoroughly (it will thicken).
🍍Step 3
Chop half the strawberries and mix with the jam.
🍍Step 4
Spread half the cream mixture onto the biscuit base.
Spoon over all the chopped strawberries and top with the remaining cream mixture. Chill for 4 hours.
🍍Step 5
Halve the remaining strawberries and arrange on top of the cheesecake. Enjoy!
