What I find beautiful about Binds, it works like a personal compass that helps redirect us toward balance.

In one, we could struggle ineffectively, distracted, learning nothing, moving a lot & accomplishing little. In other, we are balanced, still, without moving, we accomplish everything ✨

Easing into a week of Backbends has been fun! Feel like a skinless King Cobra doing Cobra sh*t 🐍

I love a good heart opening with a passion, especially with my stiff shoulders, I get so emotional with backbends it’s crazy but what a release afterwards! I either sleep like a baby at bedtime or love myself & people around me even more ✨

When you’re trying to take a killer bathroom selfie but someone insists on passing you a towel 🐸

2021 outside the comfort zone in a summary, I have been trying out different modalities of workouts other than yoga and I must say it feels good to compliment what I am used to. Gym setting has always been something I shy away from but then again a place with good energy I am all in ✨
