I often see patients after snow holidays coming in with pain and injuries they didn’t expect.
Skiing and snowboarding put a lot of stress on your body, and some of the common injuries I see include:

• Knee ligament injuries
• Meniscus tears
• Shoulder dislocations or rotator cuff injuries
• Wrist fractures from falls
• Back and muscle strains

Snow sports are fun, but the impact on your joints is real.
If you’re experiencing persistent pain, swelling, or instability after your trip, don’t ignore it — getting checked early can prevent long-term damage.
