Since 2007, we have been providing wellness talks and workshops to help thousands across Asia discover the magic of touch to relax, heal and restore the balance in body, mind and soul. Meridian 101 is a D.I.Y. health routine for everyone. Meridian 101 tunes up your immune system, rids your aches and pains, boosts your energy, improves your sleep, and prevents you from sickness.
