Just learned from a dear friend who lost his younger brother to a sudden death due to an unexpected stroke followed by a fall. His brother left behind a wife and young kids.

Stroke can be deadly and if survived, it can be painfully debilitating for a long, long period. It's stressful not just to the stroke patient but also emotionally and financially draining to his/her family members.

PREVENTION is so important now that more of us are living longer in a fast aging society.
